The recordings provide verbal instructions to follow as you go through the book. THE BOOKLET contains a clear sequence of over 200 drawings matched to simple instructions. It presents a basic, yet comprehensive physical yoga sequence. There are clear guidelines for beginners. Affects bodily, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
YOGA INSTRUCTION RECORDING (2 CDs): This must be used in conjunction with the booklet. It takes the user through the full yoga sequence. The pace is relaxed and slow. Each half of the sequence takes 45 minutes. Ideal for beginners, it assumes no familiarity with yoga.
YOGA PRACTICE RECORDING (1 CD): This must also be used in conjunction with the booklet. Designed for people with some experience, it promotes rapid development. One track completes the full yoga sequence in 45 minutes, the other in 30 minutes.
Beginners can become very skilful by starting with the Instruction recording and moving to the Practice recording as and when they are ready.
